The solar panel is completely weatherproof and virtually indestructible. Estate Swing's non-glass solar panels feature a clear front covering and are mounted to an anodized aluminum frame. The heart of the solar panel is the collection of solar cells, which optimizes the amount of energy absorbed even in low light situations. Each cell transforms the sunlight into energy through a photovoltaic process (converting photons into electrons). Working as a cohesive unit these cells can generate electricity that will work with solar compatible gate opener systems. As a rule of thumb; heavier gates and/or more frequent cycles (a cycle is defined as one open and closure) the more solar wattage you’ll need. This system has one station at the door/gate and has the option of one or two master station(s) in the house.

The classic intercom is a simple as it gets, and with simplicity comes reliability. From the door/gate station you will run a 2 conductor wire to the indoor station(s) and from the indoor station(s) you will run a 2 conductor wire to the gate. The gate/door release button is active all the time; it can be used anytime to open the gate, not just when someone calls in. Talk to your guest and open the gate with 2 buttons... simplicity.

The Estate Swing Wireless Video Intercom will add an additional level of security to your front gate or door. This is a solar friendly opener accessory. In the standby the door camera ill only pull about 17 mA and will generally remain in standby as it is only activated when a call is being made. The Estate Swing Wireless Video Intercom allows you to record video as well as take a photo of whoever is seeking access to your property. The video monitor will store these video clips and photos on the included Micro SD card. You can also customize the indoor monitor unit with your own music and wallpaper images.

The included gate/door bell camera, is a color camera with built-in LED lights to allow you to continue this video intercom at night. The 2.4 GHz signal will provide for an ample distance between the camera and the base station.
