- BUILT-IN RADIO RECEIVER - Includes a factory-installed 312HM radio receiver for use with DIP switch, billion code and Security+ remote controls. Allows for one LiftMaster remote control to conveniently (sold separately) open the gate and additional access points.
- SOFT STOP - Gate travels through the cycle at normal speed and comes to a stop slowly for more accurate gate cycle. Equipped with integrated time delay for long mechanical life expectancy.
- ALARM RESET BUTTON - The alarm reset button will instantly reset the built-in safety alarm siren on all new OmniControl operators, allowing normal function without waiting for the alarm status to time out.
- EMERGENCY RELEASE - Release handle is standard. Best option is our DC2000. The gate can be easily disconnected by turning the release handle. To operate the gate manually, pull release handle 180 degrees, then push the gate open.

- POWER 120V RECEPTACLE BUILT INTO CHASSIS - There is not an accessory power output on the control board for this gate opener. It only has one power output location which is for the receiver. However it does come with a 120VAC plug receptacle for you to plug in transformers to power your accessories. *Please be sure to plan on buying a transformer to supply power to accessories. Ideal for heavy gates and extreme applications, it supports gates weighing up to 4,500 lbs. or up to 22 feet in length. The direct-drive gearbox and brushless DC motor ensure continuous-duty operation, capable of up to 6 million cycles. Four programmable auxiliary relays provide additional customization options for accessories. The included standard arm moves gates up to 2,800 lbs. An optional custom-reinforced long arm (sold separately) can move gates up to 4,500 lbs. The operator can synchronize gate movement via wireless dual-gate communication, eliminating the need for costly trenching and allowing independent speed adjustment if required. Safety features, such as quick close and anti-tailgate, help secure property and prevent unauthorized access. The PosiLock feature automatically closes the gate when it is pushed past the closed limit.
