- BUILT-IN RADIO RECEIVER - Includes a factory-installed 312HM radio receiver for use with DIP switch, billion code and Security+ remote controls. Allows for one LiftMaster remote control to conveniently (sold separately) open the gate and additional access points.
- SOFT STOP - Gate travels through the cycle at normal speed and comes to a stop slowly for more accurate gate cycle. Equipped with integrated time delay for long mechanical life expectancy.
- ALARM RESET BUTTON - The alarm reset button will instantly reset the built-in safety alarm siren on all new OmniControl operators, allowing normal function without waiting for the alarm status to time out.
- EMERGENCY RELEASE - Release handle is standard. Best option is our DC2000. The gate can be easily disconnected by turning the release handle. To operate the gate manually, pull release handle 180 degrees, then push the gate open.
- WORMGEAR REDUCER - A highly efficient, extremely quiet, 30-to-1 wormgear reducer is used.
- REVERSING SENSOR - Instant reversing gate motor(s) uses high-speed ball bearings for a smooth and quiet operation. If the gate is closing and hits a vehicle, the sensor detects the increased load on the motor and reverses. If the gate is opening and hits a vehicle, it stops and reverses.
- MODULAR OMNICONTROL BOARD - The Omni board uses LEDs to indicate all input and output functions of the gate operator and plug-in loop detector technology.
- SURGE/LIGHTNING PROTECTION - The two-stage hybrid network of surge suppressors protects against lightning strike within a 50-foot radius, capable of handling high power with fast response.
- NON-SCISSOR ACTION ARM - Most swing gate operator arms will cross and produce a dangerous "scissor" action while opening the gate to a 90 degree opening. We designed our CSW200UL operator arms to not cross, eliminating the scissor action. This feature reduces the risk of injury from the gate operator arm.
- POWER 120V RECEPTACLE BUILT INTO CHASSIS - There is not an accessory power output on the control board for this gate opener. It only has one power output location which is for the receiver. However it does come with a 120VAC plug receptacle for you to plug in transformers to power your accessories. *Please be sure to plan on buying a transformer to supply power to accessories. LiftMaster HDSW24UL 24VDC Heavy Duty Variable Speed Single Swing Gate Operator Kit The LiftMaster HDSW24UL Single Swing Heavy Duty Variable Speed Gate Operator is designed to meet a range of application needs, with an adjustable opening time from 13 to 36 seconds for a 90-degree swing. Ideal for heavy gates and extreme applications, it supports gates weighing up to 4,500 lbs. or up to 22 feet in length. The direct-drive gearbox and brushless DC motor ensure continuous-duty operation, capable of up to 6 million cycles. Four programmable auxiliary relays provide additional customization options for accessories. The included standard arm moves gates up to 2,800 lbs. An optional custom-reinforced long arm (sold separately) can move gates up to 4,500 lbs. The operator can synchronize gate movement via wireless dual-gate communication, eliminating the need for costly trenching and allowing independent speed adjustment if required. Safety features, such as quick close and anti-tailgate, help secure property and prevent unauthorized access. The PosiLock feature automatically closes the gate when it is pushed past the closed limit. LiftMaster INSL24UL 24VDC Heavy-Duty Industrial Single Slide Gate Operator
Reliable
The INSL24UL control board has onboard status LED’s that indicate the status of the operator. The quick close feature prevents unauthorized access which stops vehicles from tailgating. Operator is protected by an outdoor rated (NEMA 3R), 12 ga. steel, weatherproof cabinet. The security+ 2.0 receiver can handle up to 50 remote controls to be programmed to the operator.
Powerful
This operator is powered by AC by default and the operator kit includes (2) 12 Vdc, 7AH batteries. The built-in battery backup feature provides standby power during an outage. In AC power mode, batteries are charged in the circuit by the integrated transformer and only require the included (2) 12 Vdc batteries to be installed.
Solar
Solar panels (not included) can also be used to deliver power to the operator and panels can be wired for either 120 Vac or 240 Vac. The included 7AH batteries are only suitable for AC and power standby modes. For solar panel installations (2) 33AH batteries (not included) are strongly recommended for optimal solar performance and must be facing north. Solar application requirements accommodate a minimum of (2) 10 Watt solar panels up to a maximum of (6) 10 Watt solar panels. *The 33AH application requires battery harness K41-0102-000. The use of photoelectric sensor heaters are not recommended in solar applications.

The INSL24UL is UL listed with advanced sensors and monitored safety protection devices that are tested together to deliver a secure system. The LiftMaster S505AL monitored small profile resistive edge and LMRRUL monitored retro-reflective photo eye are included with the INSL24UL to provide the entrapment protection which is required for slide gate applications. *A minimum of two independent monitored entrapment protection devices are required to be installed according to the UL 325 Entrapment Protection Requirements.
