The Estate Swing gate opener 4 button remote control is considered one of the premium remotes in comparison with current available gate openers. Featuring a range that most of the time exceeds 300 feet, the Estate Swing 4 button remote adds a new level of reliability to your gate opener system. This remote can be used from your car, motorcycle, pocket, purse and many times even from your house if it is within range (NOTE: Always make sure you can see the gate and are aware of anyone near it when activating the gate opener for safety purposes).

This transmitter is compatible with our Estate Swing Receiver that can learn up to 400 codes. Each button on this remote sends a unique code. You can learn each button to a different receiver or you can learn all four buttons to the same receiver. Each button learned to the receiver will count as one code used out of the 400 available.

The Estate Swing Cell Phone Access Receiver is the ultimate in versatility and convenience for remote opening of any gate opener. This receiver totally eliminates the necessity of purchasing or carrying extra remotes because it provides access to the gate opener through an item most people already carry - a cell phone. Simply dial the receiver number and, through caller ID, the receiver will recognize the programmed number(s) and open the gate. This is more secure than traditional remotes because the number has to be programmed into the receiver to operate it, so there is less of a chance that unauthorized persons will be able to operate the gate.

It's convenient for small apartment complex managers and their residents since the residents' numbers can be programmed into the receiver so the manager doesn't need to purchase and hand out extra remotes. Similarly, because so many numbers can be programmed into the receiver, each member of the family, plus friends, extended family, and others, can operate the receiver easily and conveniently.

It works this way. Purchase a GSM SIM card from T-Mobile. Customers can purchase pay-as-you-go cell numbers (disposable phones for example) or add another line to the current cellular plan. The solar panel is completely weatherproof and virtually indestructible. Estate Swing's non-glass solar panels feature a clear front covering and are mounted to an anodized aluminum frame. The heart of the solar panel is the collection of solar cells, which optimizes the amount of energy absorbed even in low light situations. Each cell transforms the sunlight into energy through a photovoltaic process (converting photons into electrons). Working as a cohesive unit these cells can generate electricity that will work with solar compatible gate opener systems. As a rule of thumb; heavier gates and/or more frequent cycles (a cycle is defined as one open and closure) the more solar wattage you’ll need.
