The Estate Swing wireless 4-channel digital keypad is a must-have for every gate opener. It can store 4 access codes, each sending a uniquely coded signal. This is important because each code can independently control its own device, or all 4 can control the same gate. Use the codes for family, friends, lawn services, deliveries, etc., or assign them to the gate, pedestrian gate, garage, or daytime-only access.
Some possibilities are as follows:
Each Estate Swing receiver comes with two channels. The first channel is used by the gate opener to open and close the gate; the second channel is available for other uses. For example, if you purchase a timer, you could wire the second channel to the timer and have that channel active only during business hours. You can program one access code to trigger channel 1 and open the gate at any time, while programming a second code for channel 2 to allow access only during business hours.
If your garage is within 200 feet of your gate, you could add an Estate Swing receiver to the garage door opener. Then, you could program one access code for the gate and another for the garage door.
If you have a pedestrian gate with an electric lock, you could add an Estate Swing receiver to the lock kit. This would allow you to release the lock through the same keypad as the gate opener.
Alternatively, you can program multiple codes to the receiver that comes with your Estate Swing. Keep one code for family members, which you know will never need to change, and use the other codes for deliveries or lawn services. If you need to change one of them, your family members won’t need to memorize a new code.
During night hours, after a key is pressed, the keypad illuminates with a bright yet attractive blue LED. The LED will remain lit while the keypad is in use, then turn off to conserve battery power.
An additional popular feature is the single-digit secondary transmission. After entering an access code, you can press any numerical key on the keypad within approximately 20 seconds to send a second signal. This is useful if you need to stop or reverse the gate because it is about to hit an obstacle.
The residential keypad housing is made of UV-protected black ABS plastic. The buttons on the residential version are backlit in white when pressed. The keypad housing is constructed from hardened polymer and has a matte black finish. The keypad is surface-lit by a blue LED light when a key is pressed. Both versions are designed for easy mounting and blend well aesthetically with a keypad stand or can be surface-mounted to a column, fence, or garage door frame. They are completely weatherproof and require no hood or cover to protect them from the elements.

Constructed from durable 6060-T6 wrought aluminum (6060-T6 is a high-grade alloy with a yield strength of about 45,000 lbs. per square inch.) Comes with an attractive removable cap - finishes the post yet allows access to the inside for running wire and mounting of the photo eye. Wire can be run down through the photo eye stand, which is hollow to give a complete polished look to your home entrance.

Primer kills stains, retards moisture and provides a good surface for a topcoat of paint to adhere to. It is imperative that new or bare metal and aluminum is primed prior to painting. Bondo is the producer of the top bare aluminum primers on the market. All gates are then top coated with Industrial Rust-Oleum brand enamel. Enamel is paint with finely ground pigments and a high binder content so that it dries to a hard finish. Enamels are mandatory to use on an aluminum surface because of its ability to affix to a highly smooth surface. Rust-Oleum is famous for providing long lasting surface and takes their legendary quality to a higher level in their industrial coatings.

This system has one station at the door/gate and has the option

The classic intercom is a simple as it gets, and with simplicity comes
