When purchased alone these posts will come with the hinges pre-welded spaced properly for a 6 foot tall swing gate sold by GateCrafters.com. If purchased with a custom gate, 3-rail gate, custom gate frame or forestry gate this post will be customized and built with your driveway gate production. These two posts each measure 8' x 3" x 3" or 10' x 4" x 4" depending on post option selected. Includes hinges for easy installation. They can accommodate both pull-to-open and push-to-open setups.

Installation requires setting the post approximately 2' deep into the ground , so the height will be about 6' - 8' after installation (depending on post size selected). Post comes finished in black with a top post cap.

The posts are made of 11 gauge steel (wall 1/8" thick) that has been galvanized and will match the product purchase. They also come with a standard post cap.

The 4x4 Poles will be shipped out raw if ordered by themselves and powder coated when you order them with a gate.
